When you submit the contact or booking form, we process your name, phone number and any tattoo idea you share. Server logs automatically capture IP address and browser information.
Purpose and Legal Basis
Your data is used to schedule appointments, match you with an artist and prepare a quote. The legal basis is contractual necessity and legitimate interest.
Retention
Your data is retained for up to 2 years after the booking process completes. Statutory retention obligations apply where required by law.
Third Parties
Your data is not sold. WhatsApp (Meta Platforms) is used as a communication channel — redirection is user-initiated. Google Fonts is used to serve typefaces and is subject to Google's privacy policy (policies.google.com).
Security
Data is stored in an encrypted server environment using a file-based system. While we apply technical and administrative safeguards, no internet transmission is fully secure.
